Maya Wars is being built around one core principle: competition should be earned through planning, timing, diplomacy, and execution rather than purchased power. The goal is to create a long-term browser strategy game where city growth, troop composition, map control, and expansion all reward good decisions.
The current beta already demonstrates the core game loop: founding cities, developing an economy, researching troop upgrades, commanding armies, and fighting over a live world map. The next stage is focused on balance, content, usability, and a sustainable business model that supports the game without turning it into pay to win.
